Hurray! Mithra gets to be useful! :P

So this sets up a fairly influential circumstance for the story, by having the Dwarves and the Drow working together, or at least part of the Drow.

Given time to adjust, I can see Xulva growing to like Bedelia. After all there’s certainly a shortage of women in power in Drow society that aren’t going to be gunning for her throat (Hence the wine spilling). Bedelia has everything to lose if she dies, so they should have a fairly nice relationship, once a few rocks are shoved away.

Now, historically, the Moon Elves are a Drow offshoot, so the Drow really aren’t fans, much less since a lot of less-educated folk mistake Moon Elves for Drow.

  1. I noticed a mistake at teh bottom text, It’s actually the women in charge in drow society. The Men are the ones who aren’t in charge.

  2. Emphasis on the “that aren’t gunning for her throat” part. There’s lots of women in power, but almost all of them want Xulva dead for one reason or another, as is customary in Drow society.
