Eleven pages to the end of the book, here’s hoping things get tied up with a happy ending.

Also nearing is my move to university accomodation. That’s Sunday afternoon, so hopefully I’ll be back online fast enough to set the next update up, and whilst I’m a little behind on production at the moment, I should be alright for continuing with the comic at uni as well.

Oh boy, big week…

The Curious Climate of Jannah

Jannah, as recently revealed, is the homeworld planet of the Sovices and their now-extinct creator species, the Janni (Yes, yes, Janni-Jannah, not creative I know but then “dirt” is a wierd name for a planet too). It’s a very strange world, and only exists the way it does by sheer fluke of it’s conception. (more…)

I really like the artwork on this page, it’s even better seen in the full colour (I considered having just Igon in colour as in the above mini-frame, but decided against it because I love the colour so much), but I’m aware there’s a couple deficits in it, mostly frame 5.

For reference, frame 3 is only so awesome looking because I wanted it all to look good, but didn’t want to draw a whole planet. Drawing a cityscape would have been murder on my production rate.

Oh, and also the male Janni is only hairy because, evidenced by his Nosorog pelt, he’s been in the colder climates, unlike the female who’s clearly been in the hotter regions.

Oh? You came back?

There isn’t much to see I’m afraid.

I’ve been so busy, you see.

So much to do, and so little time to do it in.

But don’t worry, I will be finished soon enough.

Let me see…he left something here for you…

Another comic, of course.

Of course he would leave you a comic.

Do enjoy it, and should I see you again, do tell him I have been busy.

You don’t know me, do you?

Of course not, you don’t know me.

You couldn’t, really. It isn’t possible.

No-one knows me.

Here’s your comic, I do hope you will enjoy it. He worked so hard on it.

Now, run along, little reader. I have such things to do while he plays in Canada…

Some people expected an “emotional talk”, and really this is about as close as it gets.

Occasionally it’s a little hard to tell the difference in abilities between Rain and Black Rain, which to me makes sense since they’re exactly the same in power level. The real difference is how they use their abilities, in that Rain uses illusions predominantly for tactical advantage (Escapes, hiding things, etc.) and Black Rain directly uses some offensively by instilling fear in her targets.

Unfortunately neither tactic is very effective when the enemy specialises in seeing your soul.

And now please move on to this blog post for info important to current (And near-future) events.

Tweet Tweet said the Canuck

So you may have heard (Can’t imagine how…) that I’m going away for a week circa today, to the western fringe of Canada, a place called Victoria, British Columbia.

You can probably understand that makes things just the slightest bit awkward for wandering the net and posting here and there, when you’re instead wandering the streets of an unfamiliar city and having conversations with folks here and there.

So to compensate, I’ve opened what will quite probably end up the official Remember twitter. Since Remember was taken as a twitter name (Can’t imagine why…) it is of course under Lyinginbedmon.

Ah the big 200, at least we meet. I don’t really have much of a speech I’m afraid so bear with me for a moment while I drag Story to the keyboard…

This comic began in November of 2007. At the time, it’s schedule was essentially nonexistent, and a new page was produced on an almost daily basis. As time wore on, education and other commitments arose and a semi-weekly schedule was finally drawn up, eventually materialising fully into my usual production schedule of script on day 1, make on day 2, complete on day 3.

A lot of comics started at the same time as Remember or later have since reached 200 comics significantly ahead of it, for which I’ve glared menacingly at their artists who occasionally produce better work than myself, but today they receive no glares, daggers, or glares composed of daggers with irradiated monkey robots pinning them to the ground in a show of machiavellian murderous gore.

Today they instead must endure my quiet gloating, because at last someone who spends his nights active on the Internet, and his days predominantly asleep, who gets obsessed with the slightest thing that crosses onto his brainscape, and who more often than is comfortable to state online starts projects he doesn’t get even half-way through completing, has committed to something so much as to get almost two thirds of the way through after almost 2 years of never missing an update.

So, in conclusion: All your base, you just lost the game, and yes, I am invincible.

And we now return to your regularly-scheduled living hell.

Which unfortunately for Igon is actually fairly appropriate since he’s already had a dead hell.
