The Exersus Resistance really should employ more suicide bombers; it’s a very effective tactic.
One criticism though: I find the background to be a little lacking; it took me a few seconds to figure out what it was. It seems so flat and featureless; maybe you could add some relief, more details and perhaps some shading?
A “boom” sound effect in the last panel would have been a nice touch, too.
Good comic. I, for one, liked the background. It’s good to not always have the panels be eight congruent rectangles, or even different rectangles arranged in rows.
