The brightest star burns for the shortest time. And then it explodes.
Speaking energy-wise, the abrupt destruction of a Cherenov type six arcane item releases enough energy to flatten a pair of housing blocks, but the manner in which that energy is released makes it more akin to a short-lived neurotoxin, with only a very mild classical explosion. Think of it as being like the bomb used on the Romulan senate in the opening scene of Star Trek Nemesis, a comparison for which I’m sure I’ve just cemented my nerd status for several decades.

It has been a busy couple of days for me. I’ve made almost 4 comics this week, along with three videos (two of which are on the RememberComic channel, specifically Anether Expedition #1 and Nether Expedition #15!) and recorded the next installment of Lying Plays as well. My sleep schedule, though still a little inconvenient for updating at 1 AM, seems to have very much stabilised as well, so I’m getting back into the swing of producing content.

Oh, and I also spent about an hour today hunting down the missing chest in Nether Expedition’s library from episode 14. Much to my displeasure, it seems I looted it at some point after that episode.

  1. Gah! Sorry to hear that. I wasn’t actually 100% positive you missed it, because I saw you grab another chest during the episode. That said, happy to hear you’ve liked my advise/comments thus far! Oh. Also, Anether Expedition’s having an interesting start, for those of you who haven’t found it yet, a link to Remember’s youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/RememberComic

Finally, do tell when you’re accepting challenges for Anether! I get why you’re not exactly leaving yourself open to it just yet, I just have fun ideas in my slightly deranged mind (please note, have never touched minecraft, so this is vicarious creativity). I don’t like youtube’s account system, and the ideas are mostly just things to pass the time/create more of a lived in amusing atmosphere. Which means I’m probably going to end up waiting until you’ve got a fortune made already before suggesting things like setting up a fortress with Tesla Towers to ward off Ghasts.

  2. So, basically, it’s more of a neutron bomb than an all out nuke, right?
Though, I’m pretty sure the only time a thalaron generator (it’s called something like that, right) explodes in that movie is when the redarded machine fucking shoots at it.
